Glenwood Senior Living

Glenwood Senior Living is a two story 39 unit apartment complex for seniors 55 and older. We have 1 and 2 bedroom 1 bath units. At present we have two 2 bedroom units available. Income limits do apply. A $500 security deposit is required with an application, and that is held until the prospect is approved, then it is deposited. First months rent is due upon move-in.
